Rob is the Associate Artistic Director for the internationally acclaimed performing arts training center, Stagedoor Manor in New York…recipient of Broadway Theatre Museums Award for Excellence in Arts Education and has been with them for the past 17 years. His career has also taken him across the country working as a director and actor.
Directing credits include Evil Dead: The Musical in which he helped in the creation of the High School Edition working closely with Dramatic Publishing and the creators of the show. Other favorite directing credits include High Fidelity, BARE, Spring Awakening, Carrie: The Musical, In the Heights, BKLYN the Musical, The Toxic Avenger, Big Fish, Rock of Ages, You Can’t Take it With You and more. Rob is thrilled to finally get the chance to work with point2productions on one of his favorite musicals.
Jonathan Horn (JJ): Jonathan started performing at 5 years old and since then has performed in nearly 100 productions. JJ graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Central College with a B.A. in Vocal Music Education.
JJ has music directed many shows for local youth theatre groups and most recently served as the Youth Vocal and Acting Coach for Children of Eden at the Cadillac Palace in Chicago. Jonathan is also the Musical Director for the Fox Valley Trolly Museum and was the Lead Musician on the museum’s Polar Express and Halloween Ghost Train. Lastly, JJ serves as a Director for the Chicagoland Theatre Fund which invests in projects in the entertainment industry around the Chicagoland.
Mary Grace is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago where she received her BA in Musical Theatre. She has performed and still continues to perform around the Chicagoland area, but her passion for directing and choreographing has become strong the past few years.
Past directing and choreography credits include You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, Dogfight (point2productions), Seussical Jr. (Children’s Theater of Elgin), 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Fox Valley Theatre Co.), Laundry and Bourbon (Elgin Community College), Mamma Mia (Dundee Crown High School).
